Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of furnitag.com (the "Site"), operated by FurniTag — Baseflow Technology OÜ (registry code 17438321, Estonia) (the "Company", "we", "us"). Use of the FurniTag product itself (at app.furnitag.com) is governed by a separate Customer Agreement presented at signup.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our written permission.
• Disable, circumvent, or interfere with security-related features.
• Use automated scrapers or bots that materially burden our infrastructure.
• Submit false, malicious, or deliberately deceptive content via the contact form.

3. Intellectual property

The Site's content, copy, code, brand marks (including "FurniTag" and our logo), illustrations, and 3D models displayed for demonstration are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for the open-source assets explicitly attributed under their own licences (e.g. CC0-licensed sample 3D models from Poly Haven).

4. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, our processors' privacy policies). We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to. Their terms apply when you visit them.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to €100.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms by updating this page. Material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated via the Site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, with Harju County Court (Tallinn) as the court of first instance, save where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence provide otherwise.
